Campion quickly won our hearts and will win yours too.

Campion's vital statistics:
ARI registration number: 803600
Date of Birth: July 25, 1998
Awards: 1st place halter at Estes Park, CO 1999 and Get of the Sire winner in 2004 and 2006
General Information:
We bought Campion from Mt. Airy Alpaca Company in November 2006. He likes to be the "Big Man" on the farm. He is a very macho alpaca. He diligently keeps watch over "his" girls. He is usually waiting for us at the gate and is one of the first ones to meet you in the morning.
Mt. Airy Alpaca Company used Campion to improve the fineness of the fiber for the cria. At age 2, Campion still had a 20.6 micron count. Even now, at age 7, his fiber is incredibly soft and dense.
When Mt Airy Alpaca Company bought him, he had a spot on his nose where a halter had rubbed due to extended wear. Campion still has no hair growth on his nose due to this. Mt Airy Alpaca Company and I have both tried topical ointments, but to no avail. Even with this flaw he has won several blue ribbons.
He has a great bite. His confirmation is straight and correct.
Campion is the son of Pperuvian Felix (full Accoyo). Therefore, he adds great genetics to his offspring.
He has produced more females than males and is a true gentleman when breeding. We bred him to Pepper Ann in October 2007. He was a true gentleman ans setteled her quickly.
Campy does require that you put him in a chute for monthly shots. He is easy to lead, but does not like the shots...who can blame him, I have a needle phobia also. I would also like to see Campy go to a farm with more acreage and more breedings. I think he misses the space and breedings that he enjoyed at Mt Airy.
Stud Fee: $750 (This is a very nice discount from his previous stud fee in Maryland)
Sale Price: You can also purchase Campy for 10,000. With this sale we retain 3 breedings to be used at a later time. We have to many males for our small farm, so we need to sell a few.
We will also consider a partial interest purchase, but he must be able to reside at your farm. We will miss the campy kisses but we have to many males.
Here are some of his offspring (you will see why he won get of the sire 2 years):
